摘要
本文以武新180万吨矿渣微粉项目为例,结合工程实例,分析关键路径法(CPM)在项目建设阶段的实践方法,以期为同类工程项目的建设提供参考。
In this paper, taking the new 1.8 million tons of slag powder project as an example, this paper analyzes the practice of key path method （ CPM） in the project construction stage, with a view to provide reference for the construction of similar projects.
