基于工业工程的活塞铸造流程分析与改善

摘要 本论文通过采用工业工程的相关方法,对某配件公司的摩托车活塞铸造流程进行研究,分析公司现行的摩托车活塞铸造流程所存在的一些问题与不足,并提出有效的改善方案。 This paper studies the casting process of motorcycle piston in a certain parts company by using the related method of industrial engineering, analyzes some problems and shortcomings existing in the existing motorcycle piston casting process, and puts forward the effective improvement plan.
