摘要 随着经济社会的快速发展,汽轮机在各行各业得到快速发展。汽轮机叶片作为汽轮机的关键组成部分,其质量是保障汽轮机运行可靠性的关键因素。当前,汽轮机叶片越来越复杂,给制造技术带来了较大挑战。使用机床技术,可以对叶片进行精确加工,提高了叶片质量。本文通过分析汽轮机叶片的结构特点,阐明蒸汽轮机叶片的机构和装配工艺,并对叶片的数控机床技工技术进行分析,以期提高汽轮机叶片数控加工技术的发展,提高我国汽轮机叶片技术的国际竞争力。 With the rapid development of economy and society, the steam turbine has been developing rapidly in all walks of life. Steam turbine blades as a key component of the steam turbine, its quality is to ensure the reliability of turbine operation of the key factors. At present, turbine blades are becoming more and more complex, giving manufacturing technology a greater challenge. The use of machine technology, you can accurately cut the leaves to improve the quality of the leaves. In this paper, by analyzing the structural characteristics of steam turbine blades, the mechanism and assembly process of steam turbine blades are clarified, and the technology of CNC machine tool technology is analyzed in order to improve the development of steam turbine blade CNC machining technology and improve the international competitiveness of turbine blade technology .
