摘要 煤矸石山自燃受到多方面因素影响。为能够更好表现煤样自然发火过程中对煤自燃产生主要影响的因素,便于对煤自燃过程进行定量研究,使得实验能够更加准确地反映实际生产过程中的煤自然发火过程,并使实验中变量控制能够更加合理高效,采用基于主成分分析算法对煤矸石自然发火过程主要影响因素进行数值分析整理。对经过主成分分析评价的影响因素,进行相应的定量研究,极大地提高了对煤矸石自然发火过程实验材料的利用,为实验有效进行提供了数值模型。 The spontaneous combustion of gangue mountain is affected by various factors. In order to spotlight the key influential factors in coal spontaneous combustion process and facilitate the quantitative study on it, the key influential factors of coal gangue spontaneous combustion process is numerically analyzed based on principal component analysis algorithm. Therefore, the experiment can reflect a more accurate reaction process as it is in the real production process, and the variable control in the experiment is enabled to be more reasonable and efficient. The utilization of experimental materials in gangue spontaneous combustion process is radically improved through quantitative study on influence factors after principal component analysis, which provides a numerical model that helps the experiment to be implemented efficiently.
