质子泵抑制剂对糖尿病患者血糖的影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨在常规治疗基础上应用质子泵抑制剂对该类病症患者血糖的影响。方法:选取我院收治的75例2型糖尿病患者作为本次的研究调查对象,先期单用二甲双胍,根据空腹血糖等指标变化情况调整给药剂量,在常规给药基础上应用质子泵抑制剂,口服泮托拉唑或兰索拉唑,对患者进行为期1~2年的随访,定期测定患者血糖相关指标,包括空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)和糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc),对照分析患者应用质子泵抑制剂前后患者血糖水平改善情况。结果:实施前患者FPG(10.1±2.8)mmol/L、2hPG(12.5±2.7)mmol/L和HbAlc(8.7±2.6)%与应用质子泵抑制剂前相比,应用质子泵抑制剂后患者FPG(6.7±1.4)mmol/L、2hPG(6.1±1.3mmol/L)和HbAlc(6.1±1.3)%水平均得到明显降低,比较差异显著(P<0.05),应用质子泵抑制剂后,治疗总有效率得到提升,高于应用质子泵抑制剂前,治疗总有效率从81.3%提升至92.0%,比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:质子泵抑制剂所起到的调节作用能够很好地减轻相关胃肠反应症状表现,进一步提高患者的实际耐药性,从而更好地发挥口服降糖药物的效果以及提升临床疗效的目的,对改善患者预后、提高其生活质量具有积极的影响。 Objective: To investigate the effects of proton pump inhibitors on the blood glucose of patients with this type of disease.Methods: We selected 2 patients with type 75 diabetes mellitus in our hospital as the research object of this study,first use of metformin,adjust the dosage according to the changes of fasting blood glucose and other indicators,application of proton pump inhibitors on the basis of conventional administration, oral pantoprazole or lansoprazole,the patients were followed up for a period of 1-2 years.The blood glucose related indexes were measured regularly,Including fasting blood glucose (FPG), postprandial 2H blood glucose (2hPG) and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc),improvement of blood glucose level before and after proton pump inhibitor in patients with control analysis.Results: Before the implementation of FPG (10.1±28) mmol/L, 2hPG (12.5 ± 2.7) mmol/L and HbAlc (8.7±2.6)% compared with the application of proton pump inhibitors,application of proton pump inhibitors in patients with FPG (6.7±1.4) mmol / L, 2hPG (6.1±1.3 mmol / L) and HbAlc (6.1±1.3)% level were significantly decreased, the difference was obvious, the statistical significance (P〈 0.05).After application of proton pump inhibitors, the total effective rate of treatment was improved, and the total effective rate was increased from 81.3% to 92% before the application of proton pump inhibitors.The difference was significant (P〈 0.05).Conclusion: The regulation effect of proton pump inhibitor can relieve the symptoms of gastrointestinal reactions,further improve the patient's actual drug resistance,to better exert the effect of oral hypoglycemic drugs and enhance the clinical efficacy of the purpose,to improve the prognosis of patients, improve the quality of life has a positive impact, recommended clinical applications.
