数字化3D可旋转人体实物心脏标本的构建及APP的制作与应用分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的通过精细解剖人体心脏,对其拍照,运用多媒体技术生成三维立体可旋转的数字化心脏标本,以网页和APP的形式展现,为医学生和临床实践提供指导。方法 (1)解剖心脏,涂染血管;(2)编写剧本,介绍标本,完成录音;(3)标本置于转盘上,进行360°拍照,合成3D可旋转心脏标本,插入剧本和录音,制作网页版课件和手机APP软件;(4)对手机APP使用情况进行问卷调查。结果网页版课件和APP制作成功,通过问卷调查网页版课件和APP有助于更好的学习心脏解剖。结论经问卷数据分析,3D实物心脏标本可适用于临床专业教学,便于对心脏结构的学习和理解。 Objective To provide guidance for medical students and clinical practice through the fine anatomy of the human heart and taking the pictures of the specimen, as well as by usingmultimedia technology togenerate three-dimensional rotating digital images in the form of web pages and APP. Methods ① Dissect the hearts and paint the blood vessel. ② Introduce thespecimen, write scripts and record it.③ Place the specimen on the turn-table, photo it for 360degrees,insert the script and recordings? make web page version of the course-ware and mobile APP software. Results The web page version of the course-ware and mobile APP software weremade successfully, through the questionnaire, the web page version of the course-ware andmobile APP help to better study the heart. Conclusion Through the questionnaire data analysis, three-dimensional physical heart specimen is suitable to clinical teaching, which is convenient for learning and understanding the hearts.
