摘要
乳腺癌相关性淋巴水肿(breast cancer-related lymphedema,BCRL)是乳腺癌手术及放射治疗后常见并发症之一。近年来对其发生机制及临床治疗研究不断深入,但尚无统一治疗方法。本文对国内外已报道的各种治疗方法研究进展做一综述。
Breast cancer-related lymphedema is one of the common complications after breast cancer surgery and radiation therapy. In recent years, the mechanism and clinical studies have a wide and deep research, but there is no unified treatment. This article aimed to review the various treatments reported and newest research progress.
