中西医结合治疗强直性脊柱炎临床疗效

The clinical efficacy of combination of Chinese and western medicine treatment in ankylosing spondylitis

目的:分析中西医结合治疗临床强直性脊柱炎的治疗效果。方法:选取300例强直性脊柱炎患者,随机分为观察组(n=150)与对照组(n=150)。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合给予中医治疗,进行为期5个月的治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效以及治疗后中医证候积分、BASFI、BASDAI、CRP、ESR相关临床指标。结果:观察组总有效率88.67%显著高于对照组67.33%(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后中医证候积分、BASFI、BASDAI、CRP、ESR临床指标的改善程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效确切,显著改善患者的脊柱功能,提高患者生活质量。

Objective：To analyze the efficacy of the Chinese and western medicine treatment clinical ankylosing spondylitis.Methods：300 ankylosing spondylitis patients were selected as the study objects, the study objects were randomly divided into observation group （n=150） and control group （n=150）.The patients in control group were treated conventional western medicine treatment.At the same time, The patients in observation group were given Chinese and western medicine treatment on the basic of control group.The treatment lasted for 5 months, the therapeutic effect of the two groups was evaluated, and the TCM syndrome integral, BASFI, BASDAI, CRP, ESR related indicators were compared after treatment in two groups.Results After treatment, the total effective rate in observation group （88.67%） was significantly higher than control group （67.33%） （P〈0.05）, what is more, the improving extent of BASFI, BASDAI, ESR, CRP of observation group was significantly better than that in the control group （P〈0.05）, and all the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The efficacy of combination of Chinese and western medicine treatment ankylosing spondylitis was definitely, in addition, it can obviously improve spinal function and the quality of life patients.
