双绞合钢丝网铺层沥青混凝土路面的有限元分析 被引量:1

摘要 运用有限元软件ABAQUS分析双绞合钢丝沥青混凝土路面在车辆荷载作用下的应力和变形情况,以及加双绞合钢丝与未加双绞合钢丝、双绞合钢丝置入沥青层不同位置时路面结构应力、应变变化情况.通过将双绞合钢丝网分别铺设于路面表面、上面层层底、中面层层底、下面层层底和上基层底部,同时与相同路面结构情况而未铺设双绞合钢丝网进行对比分析,我们得出:当双绞合钢丝网位于上面层层底时,其与路面材料形成了嵌锁咬合的作用效果,增大了抗剪切的能力,可以有效减少各处的位移、应力,对路面结构是有利的. With the application of ABAQUS,different stress-strain results were analyzed under different conditions,such as the vehicle load,whether adding the double twisted steel and adding the double twisted steel in different locations of asphalt layer.Laying the double twisted steel wire mesh on the road surface,at the bottom of the upper layer,at the bottom of the middle layer,at the bottom of the lower layer and at the bottom of the base layer,compared with the same pavement structures without laying double twisted steel wire mesh,we concluded that when the double twisted steel wire mesh located at the bottom of the upper layer,it formed interlocking engagement effect with the pavement material,increased the shear capacity and effectively reduced the displacement and stress,which was advantageous to the pavement structure.
