玄武岩粉掺合料水泥胶砂及碾压混凝土性能的试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 对玄武岩粉掺合料碾压混凝土进行力学性能测试,并与石灰岩粉掺合料碾压混凝土进行比较.首先,研究玄武岩粉掺量对水泥胶砂性能的影响,并与石灰岩粉作对比,在此基础上,对全掺玄武岩粉碾压混凝土性能进行研究.结果表明:(1)掺玄武岩粉水泥胶砂抗压强度与掺石灰岩粉水泥胶砂基本相同,强度随着玄武岩粉掺量增加而降低,当掺量为50%、60%时,强度趋于稳定;(2)水泥凝结时间随着玄武岩粉掺量的增加而增大,与石灰岩粉比,初凝时间增长,终凝时间缩短;(3)当全掺量为50%和60%时,玄武岩粉混凝土抗压强度略高于石灰岩粉混凝土,为粉煤灰混凝土抗压强度的57.0%~73.5%;(4)掺玄武岩粉碾压混凝土抗渗等级、抗冻等级与石灰岩粉碾压混凝土相同,但仅为粉煤灰碾压混凝土的一半,干缩值略低于石灰岩粉碾压混凝土,远大于粉煤灰碾压混凝土. The paper deals with the effect of basalt powder on the properties of cement mortars and the roller compacted concrete(RCC).The influence of basalt powder content on the properties of cement mortar was studied and compared with that of limestone powder.The results show that:(1)the compressive strength of the basalt powder cement mortar is basically the same as that of the limestone powder cement mortar,and decreases with the increase of powder content,when the content reaches to 50% and 60% by weight,the strength tends to be stable;(2)the setting time of the cement mortars increases with the increase of basalt powder content,compared with limestone powder,the initial setting time increases,however,the final setting time is shortened;(3)when the content is 50% and 60%,the compressive strength of basalt powder concrete is slightly higher than that of limestone powder concrete,and is approximate to 57.0%~73.5% of the strength of fly ash concrete;(4)the impermeability and the frost resistance grade of basalt powder RCC are almost the same as that of the limestone powder RCC,however,they are only half of that of the fly ash RCC.Moreover,the dry shrinkage value of the basalt powder RCC is slightly lower than that of limestone powder RCC,and far greater than that of the fly ash RCC.
