microRNA-199在肝癌中的表达及对患者预后的影响

摘要 目的探讨肝细胞癌(Hepatocellular Carcinoma,HCC)组织中microRNA-199(miR-199)的表达变化及其对肝癌患者预后的影响。方法采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应(Real-time Quantitative Polymerase Chain Reaction,RTqPCR)法检测2005至2015年间就诊的300例HCC患者的癌组织及其癌旁组织标本中miR-199的表达情况,结合临床病理参数,分析miR-199的表达变化对肝癌患者预后的影响。结果与癌旁组织相比,HCC组织中miR-199的表达水平显著降低(P<0.05);miR-199的表达与肝癌的侵袭转移相关。发生肝癌转移的患者组明显低于未转移组(P<0.05)。结论人HCC组织中miR-199的表达下调,且miR-199的低表达可能影响肝细胞癌临床预后效果。
