摘要
加纳安所固燃气电厂二期项目为了实现倒送电工期要求,主厂房至主变压器、主厂房内1-8轴间电缆沟、主厂房至燃机之间的电缆沟施工需要在30 d内完成。但当前施工中采取的模板安装工艺效率较低,不能满足工期要求;也造成了模板的损耗过大、重复使用率低。通过综合对比调整模板安装前后的施工方案,对该项目电缆沟模板施工工艺进行改良,提高了电缆沟模板安装速度,达到了加快施工进度的目的。
All cable trenches, i. e. the trench from powerhouse to main transformer, that inside powerhouse for cables among1-8 axes and that between powerhouse and gas turbine, are required to be constructed in 30 days, so as to satisfy the timerequirement of inverse power transmission of the phase-II project of Ghana Asogli gas-steam combined cycle generation powerplant. However, the template installation technology adopted in present construction is low in efficiency, which iunsatisfactory to the requirements of construction period and causes excessive loss of templates. Through comprehensivecomparison and adjustment, the template installation technology is improved, which accelerates the construction progress byincreasing the installation speed of template.
