220 kV transformer slight gas protection reaction analysis and treatment

瓦斯保护作为油浸变压器主要保护,能反映变压器油箱内部各类故障,主要包含轻瓦斯和重瓦斯2部分,一般轻瓦斯动作于告警,重瓦斯保护动作于跳闸。通过对热备用状态中的220 k V变压器一次轻瓦斯保护动作的异常情况进行分析排查,得出变压器吸湿器堵塞引起轻瓦斯保护误动作,为油浸变压器运行维护提供参考。

As the primary protection for oil immersed transformer,gas protection reflected the kind of inside failure.Normally,slight gas reaction to warn,and heavy gas protection to trip.By analysing a slight gas reaction of a 220 kV transformer,a false warn caused by moisture absorber blockage was found.This could be referred for oil immersed transformer maintenance.
