摘要
对华电潍坊发电有限公司制粉系统中BBD3854型双进双出磨煤机螺旋输送器出现的支撑棒断裂故障进行分析,提出了两种改进措施。利用大、小修组织实施改造,通过对比,确定将螺旋输送器改为弹性自补偿结构可彻底解决存在的问题,提高了制粉系统出力,保证制粉系统安全经济运行。
This paper analysed the breakage incident of Huadian Weifang Power Generation Company Limited’s BBD3854 type double-in-out pulvervizer spiral conveyor support stick.Two improvement treatments were indicated.During overhaul,spiral conveyor was changed to elasticity self-compensating structure.The risk was eliminated,system capacity was increased.
