促进区域经济协调发展的财税机制改革建议

Suggestions on the Reform of Fiscal and Taxation Mechanism to Promote the Coordinated Development of Regional Economy

针对我国目前区域经济协调发展与财税机制之间存在的主要问题,通过对湖北省区域经济社会发展现状、改革措施以及改革成效进行分析,本文提出了完善财政支出结构、调整财税权限制度、完善财税扶持制度的建议。

Aiming at the main problems existing in the coordinated development of regional economy and fiscal and taxation iiiec.hanisiii in China, through the analysis of the current situation of Hubei province＇s economic, and social development, reform measures and the effectiveness of the reform, this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the structure of fiscal expenditure, to adjust the fiscal and tax authority system, and to improve the fiscal and taxation support system.
