摘要 针对柴油机燃油系统进水的原因进行分析。分析表明:在柴油机封舱过程中,导致大直径沙粒进入燃油冷却器,在柴油机运行过程中,冷却管外壁受大流量海水及大沙粒外力的反复作用,持续对冷却管表面形成冲击摩擦,造成管壁损伤而泄漏,导致海水进入燃油,致使柴油机不能正常运行。并提出了相应的解决措施。 b This paper analyzes the causes of water influx of diesel fuel system. The analysis shows that during the capsule process of diesel engine, the large diameter sand particles enter the fuel cooler. During the operation of the diesel engine, the outer wall of the cooling pipe is repeatedly subjected to the repeated action of the large amount of seawater and the large sand force, causing damage to the wall and leakage, resulting in sea water into the fuel, and thus diesel engine can not run properly. The corresponding measures are put forward.
