柴油机VVT应用可行性试验研究

摘要 为探讨VVT技术在柴油机上应用的可行性,通过开展单缸机试验验证VVT效果,综合Creo运动仿真及CAE计算分析,确定VVT调节方向及角度,对选定工况点进行交叉扫点。最后证明在选定凸轮型线的前提下加装VVT可以在一定程度上改善排放,对降低NO_x、提升排温有一定贡献,同时油耗的变化也应在具体方案制定时纳入综合考虑范围,内部EGR对排放的影响也应纳入下一步研究工作之中。 To ensure the leasibility of VVT (Variable Valve Timing) for diesel engine, a single- cylinder-engine experiment was conducted to validate the performance., the simulation of Creo and CAE was used to ensure the angle and orientation of the VVT, then intercrossing these points for the selected status. The result proved that the VVT applied on the selected camshaft could optimize the exhaust somehow and make some contribution for the decrease of NOxand the Temperature of the exhaust, the fuel consumption should be taken into account when setting the factual plan, and the inner EGR should be scheduled for the next research.
