摘要
竹子在北方种植主要受低温的制约。试验选取淡竹、青竹、箬竹和早园竹4种比较耐寒的观赏竹,在山西晋中地区冬季(11月份)自然低温条件下对比分析了植株体内与抗寒性密切相关的4个生理指标,即超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、丙二醛(MDA)和可溶性糖。结果显示,不同竹种对低温的适应性存在差异,相比较而言,淡竹的抗寒性更强,早园竹的抗寒性较弱。因此,建议在晋中地区可引种淡竹,同时在引种的前3年做好冬季防护措施。
The planting of bamboo in the northern region of China is restricted by low temperature. Four ornamental bamboo species,i. e.,Phyllostachys glauca,Ph. acuta Chu et Chao,Indocalamus tessellatus(Munro) Keng f and Ph. propinqua McClure were chosen to test the 4 inherent physiological indexes closely related to cold resistance under the natural low temperature in November at the Middle Area of Shanxi Province. The analysis of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD),Malondialdehyde(MDA) and soluble sugar indicated that different bamboo species had the different adaptation to the low temperature. Comparatively,Ph. glauca showed the strongest resistance to cold,while Ph. propinqua McClure had the lowest resistance to cold. It was therefore suggested that Ph. glauca should be introduced in the Middle Area of Shanxi and the winter protective measures should be well taken in the first three years of introduction.
