On the Nature of Plural Forms of Personal Pronoun in Huizhou(惠州) Dialect

惠州方言人称代词复数形式的构成,不是在单数形式的后边加上语素,而是改变其声调。这种形式性质上不是学界所谓的"屈折变化"的结果,而是语流音变的结果,是单数的人称代词在语流中受了后附的表示复数的语素(表义为"些")的声调影响发生音变后又省略了该后附语素而形成的。

The plural forms of personal pronouns in Huizhou（惠州） dialect. It＇s not made by appending morpheme, but by changing the tone. By comparison, we can see that it is not inflexion but mutation. That is, singula forms of personal pronouns were influenced by morpheme which express plural and change the tones. Then the morpheme which express plural lost in flow of speech, so the forms of personal pronouns which changed the tones can exoress olural.
