摘要
科技是现代文明的产物,是人类社会进步发展的标识,而科技中最具有代表性的就是计算机技术。从比尔盖茨创造微软以来,计算机慢慢进入到人民的生活、工作中,不管是日常娱乐、还是工业生产中所带来的便利让人产生依赖。它可以使人们进入信息化管理模式,方法是通过数据处理做到不同需求,也就是对一些比如是信号、图形的数据进行收集、储存、编辑、输送等程序,然后分类汇总,使之成为计算机内部信息。基于计算机的机械控制程序就是利用计算机先获取一些前期信息,经过计算机准确的计算后发布具体操纵步骤信息,设备可以从人工操作变成自动化生产,规避了因为人工操作附带的失效风险,同时又可以提高产量。本文论述了计算机机械控制的意义和具体应用,探析了自动化产线带来的影响。
Science and technology is the product of modern civilization, is identified in the development of human society progress, and the most representative in science and technology is the computer technology. Since Bill Gates created Microsoft computer slowly into people's life, work, whether it's daily entertainment, or in the industrial production of convenient let a person produce dependence. It can make people into the information management mode, the method is accomplished through data processing different demand, is also to some such as signal, graphics, data collection, storage, editing, transmission, such as program, and then classified summary, making it the computer inside information. Machinery based on computer control program is to use a computer to get some preliminary information, through accurate calculation of the computer information release specific manipulation steps, can from manual to automatic production equipment, avoid the failure of for manual operation with risk, and also can improve the yield. This paper elaborates the significance of mechanical control computer and the specific application, discusses the effects of the automatic production line.
