摘要
针对2.4m风洞自主式维修保障系统对风洞现场状态信息的采集需求,本文利用反射内存卡、OPC协议实现了控制系统状态监测数据的采集,基于LabVIEW软件开发了风洞状态监测软件,并通过OPC和ModBUS协议实时向自主式维修保障系统服务器发送监测数据。运行效果表明:该系统状态监测信息全面、数据传送稳定性好,为风洞的安全运行提供了有力的保障。
To tackle the need of data collection in the 2.4m TWT for autonomous maintenance systems,a wind tunnel status monitoring system is established by using memory reflect unit and OPC protocol. The monitoring system is developed base on Labview,and can sent data to autonomous maintenanceservers by using OPC and ModBUSprotocols. The result shows that the status monitoring system which runs stably is able to get status of all devices and ensures the safety operation of the 2.4m TWT.
