Development of Battery Management System in Electric Vehicle

摘要 阐述电池管理系统的软硬件设计以及应用。该电池管理系统可以对24路电池单元进行测量,输出通过CAN总线通信接口传送。产品的集成度高,可靠性好,具有优异的精确度和稳定性。单片机的软件编程以Keil C编译器作为开发平台,采用C语言和部分汇编语言编写。该产品已通过上车测试,可进行大面积推广。 The design of the software and hardware for battery management system which is applying in the electric vehicle system. The battery management system can measure 24 battery cells. The output is CAN bus interface. The features of the product are showed with high-integration hardware, high-reliability, high-precision and high-stabilization. The program of the MCU takes Keil C compiler as a development platform. The product has been tested in electric vehicle so it can be carried out for general application gradually.
