风力发电频率调节相关技术研究

摘要 目前,风力作为一种可再生能源,已成为能源体系的重要构成。然而伴随风力发电的快速发展,基于保证电力系统经济实用性、安全稳定性等目标,要求风力发电具备传统电源频率调节、功率控制等辅助功能。因此,本文基于风力发电的发展现状,从转子惯性控制、超速控制、变桨控制和组合控制四方面介绍了风力发电频率调节的相关技术,最后分析了储能对系统响应和频率调节的应用特征和发展趋势,从而促进风力发电技术的完善,推动我国能源体系的转型和发展。 At present, the wind power as a kind of renewable energy, has become an important form of energy system. However along with the rapid development of wind power generation, based on guarantee power system economic practicability, security, stability, objectives, requirements of wind power with traditional power frequency control, power control and other auxiliary function. Therefore, based on the current situation of the development of wind power, from the rotor inertia control, speed control, variable propeller control and composite control four aspects:this paper introduces the technology related to wind power frequency regulation ,finally analyzes the energy storage on the system response characteristics and development trend and application of frequency control, thus promote the improvement of the wind power generation technology, promote the transformation and development of China's energy system.
