摘要
迪凯城星国际中心大堂屋架为钢结构箱形桁架结构,具有跨度大、构件尺寸大、单件质量大、预拼装和吊装难度大、安装精度要求高、场地狭小的特点。由于施工场地复杂,综合考虑后采用将主桁架分段吊装、在分段部位设置临时支撑胎架、高空焊接的施工技术。对施工过程中的重点、难点问题进行分析,对利用塔式起重机标准节作为临时支撑胎架承载、卸载工况等工艺进行了阐述。
The roof truss of Dikai City Star International Center lobby is designed with steel box-shape truss structure,which has large span,large members＇ size and weight.The installation is difficult and precision is high.The assembling field is narrow and complicated.Subsection installation,temporary supporting setting and welding at high construction techniques are comprehensively considered during construction.Unloading condition,tower crane standard section are also discussed.
