摘要
以合芜二坝互通立交C匝道的现浇箱梁施工工程为依托,采用合理借助桥梁墩身承台作为天然基础的钢管少支架(即钢管柱和贝雷片作为支架),大大提高了填塘区支架的整体稳定性和安全性,保证了箱梁的施工质量并节省了钢材用量。施工中,钢管立柱直接布置在承台或I56四拼工字钢搭接梁上,通过此措施,安全优质地完成了填塘区软弱地基连续梁的施工。
Based on the cast-in-place box girder construction of Hewu erba communication area C ramp bridge,cast-in-situ box girder constructing of reasonable using bridge pier caps with scaffolds with less steel tube,namely steel tube column and bailey as a scaffold can greatly improve overall stability and safety of the scaffolds in the pond area,it can guarantee the construction quality of box girder and save steel consumption.In the construction,steel tube columns are arranged directly on the cap or lap beam which is made of four spell I56-steel.Through this measure,the construction of cast-in-place continuous beam in filled pond area soft ground is finished with safety and high quality.
