摘要 红树林微生物是一类生长于热带海洋潮间带的特殊海洋生物类群,其独特的生境必然会造就不同于其他生态系统的良好生物活性、独特化学结构和新颖作用机制的功能分子。本文对红树林放线菌、细菌和真菌来源抗菌活性成分的结构特点和生物学功能进行评述,描述化合物107个(-2016年),以期揭示本领域的研究成果、存在的问题和今后研究策略。 Microbes from mangrove habitats of extreme environmental condition are considered as rich source of structurally unique and biologically active secondary metabolites. The present review systematically summarizes the sources and characteristics of various natural products that can be extracted from mangrove associated microbes (-2016) with a focus on antimicrobial activity. These included 107 occurring antimicrobial metabolites, the recent advances were highlighted, and the potential issues and prospects of this research topic were also discussed.
