红树林、海洋沉积物及北极3种不同生境真菌的分离及代谢产物活性筛选 被引量:2

摘要 目的比较红树林、海洋沉积物及北极3种不同生境中可培养真菌的物种多样性、代谢产物多样性及抗菌活性,从中分离、筛选活性代谢产物产生菌。方法采用稀释涂布平板法分离所采集样品中的真菌,根据形态学特征进行菌株排重,利用抗菌活性模型筛选菌株,利用高效液相色谱检测技术研究其代谢产物多样性。结果从3种不同生境的28份样品中共分离到真菌192株,其中68株具有抗菌活性,12株具有一系列类似特征吸收峰。结论红树林生境中可培养真菌资源丰富,代谢产物活性及多样性也比另外两种生境丰富,揭示了不同生境中可培养真菌的生态分布特点,为特殊生境真菌资源的开发利用提供了背景资料。 Objective To compare the diversity and bioactive metabolite production of fungi isolated from three different habitats, i.e. mangrove, marine sediments and Arctic region, and to select the strains for the discovery of natural products discovery. Methods All isolates were obtained by using standard serial dilution plating method.All strains were observed and dereplicated by their morphological characteristics, and crude extracts of their solid state culture were tested for antifungal and antibacterial activities. The bioactive crude extracts were analyzed for the diversity of metabolites by HPLC. Results 192 isolates were obtained from 28 samples, and 68 strains showed antibacterial activity, 12 strains presented a series of absorption peaks. Conclusion Mangrove habitat is the richest resource for the discovery of fungal natural products comparing with marine sediment and the Arctic.
