摘要
研究的目的是检验变革型领导对团队建言氛围的预测作用,建言氛围在变革型领导与团队绩效之间的中介作用,以及创新氛围对变革型领导和团队建言氛围的调节作用。对63个工作团队的63名团队领导和283名团队成员进行了研究。结果发现,变革型领导对团队建言氛围有显著正向影响;团队建言氛围与团队绩效显著正相关,而且团队建言氛围中介变革型领导与团队绩效之间的关系;同时,团队创新氛围调节变革型领导与团队建言氛围之间的关系,团队创新氛围水平越高,变革型领导与团队建言氛围之间的关系越强;变革型领导与团队创新氛围的交互作用通过团队建言氛围影响团队绩效。
The purpose of this study is to exam the effect of transformational leadership on group voice climate, the mediating role of group voice climate, and the moderating role of group innovation climate. Data were collected from 63 work groups with ques- tionnaire survey and the resuhs showed that transformational leadership has a positive effect on group voice climate; group voice climate mediates the relationship between group voice climate and group performance; and group innovation climate strengthens the relationship between transformational leadership and group voice climate. The study also showed that the interactional effect of transformational leadership and group voice climate on group performance is partially mediated by voice climate. The study ex- pands the voice behavior literature at the group level.
