过氧化钙耦合蛋白酶对污泥厌氧消化产酸性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为了探究过氧化钙耦合蛋白酶对污泥厌氧消化产酸性能的影响,在35℃、120r/min、pH=7.0的条件下研究了过氧化钙耦合蛋白酶的效果及过氧化钙最佳投加量。结果表明,相比于过氧化钙、蛋白酶单独作用,过氧化钙耦合蛋白酶能够促进污泥厌氧消化中蛋白质、多糖和DNA的溶出,能够提高蛋白酶、乙酸激酶和磷酸转乙酰酶的生物活性,说明过氧化钙耦合蛋白酶能够促进污泥厌氧消化的水解。其中,过氧化钙的最佳投加量为0.3g/L。 In order to explore the effect of calcium peroxide coupled with protease on anaerobic fermentation acid production of sludge,the best calcium peroxide dosage and the effect of calcium peroxide coupled with protease were studied under the condition of 35 ℃,120r/min and pH=7.0.Results showed that compared with single calcium peroxide or protease,calcium peroxide coupled with protease could promote the release of protein,polysaccharide and DNA.Meanwhile,the biological activities of protease,acetate kinase and phosphotransacetylase could also be promoted.That was to say,calcium peroxide coupled with protease could promote the hydrolysis process of anaerobic fermentation.The best calcium peroxide dosage was 0.3g/L.
