行气通腑合化瘀通淋法治疗尿路结石的临床疗效观察

Observation of the Clinical Effect of the Method of Xingqi Tongfu and Huayu Tonglin in the Treatment of Urinary Stones

目的观察行气通腑合化瘀通淋法治疗尿路结石的临床疗效。方法选取2014年6月—2015年12月本院收治的尿路结石患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例,对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在常规西医治疗的基础上加用行气通腑合化瘀通淋汤治疗,治疗3个月后比较2组患者的临床疗效、肾积水改善情况以及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组的临床总有效率为95.0%,明显高于对照组的80.0%(P<0.05);观察组肾积水消失例数、肾积水减轻程度均优于对照组(P<0.05);2组均未发生明显不良反应。结论采用行气通腑合化瘀通淋法治疗尿路结石,具有较好的临床疗效,且安全可靠。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of the method of Xingqi Tongfu and Huayu Tonglin in the treatment of urinary stones.Methods Eighty cases of urinary stones were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given regular treatment of western medicine.The observation group was added the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of Xingqi Tongfu and Huayu Tonglin.The clinical effect,the improvement of hydronephrosis and the occurrence of adverse reaction were observed and compared between two groups.Results The clinical total effective rate in the observation group was 95.0%,significantly higher than 80.0% of the control group（P〈0.05）.The improvement of hydronephrosis in the observation group was obviously better than the control group（P〈0.05）.There was no obvious adverse reactions in both two groups.Conclusion The method of Xingqi Tongfu and Huayu Tonglin has better clinical curative effect and is safe and reliable in the treatment of urinary stones treatment.
