摘要
目的:探讨赋能教育模式对老年高血压病患者自我效能的影响。方法:将2015年3~10月100例老年高血压病患者按病区不同分为观察组和对照组,观察组应用赋能教育模式进行健康教育;对照组采用传统方法进行健康教育,比较两组患者自我效能感评分。结果:干预后观察组的自我效能感得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用赋能模式对老年高血压病患者进行健康教育,有助于提高患者的自我效能感水平,值得临床推广。
Objective : To discuss the influence of enabling education model on the self - efficacy of elderly patients with hypertension. Methods : Divided 100 elderly patients with hypertension admitted from March to October 2015 into observation group and control group by different wards, where enabling model was used for the observation group for health education, whole the traditional method was used for the control group, and patients in the two groups were compared in the scores of self - efficacy. Results : After intervention, the score of self - efficacy of patients in the observation group was higher than that of patients in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : Using enabling model for health education of elderly patients with hypertension could improve the patients' self - efficacy, and was worth promoting clinically.
