乳腺癌术后淋巴水肿治疗护理进展

Nursing progress of lymphedema treatment after breast cancer

本文对乳腺癌术后常见的并发症淋巴水肿从发病理论、临床、预防、康复、护理诸方面进行了全面述评,指出近10年来所取得的预防和治疗方面的进展,特别是在护理治疗中采用物理治疗、药物治疗、心理辅导的综合护理的优势,并发现传统中医治疗在解除患者痛苦,提高患者生存质量方面的重要作用,在临床护理中应加以推广。

This paper comprehensively evaluated the common complication lymphedema after breast cancer operation from onset theory, clinical research, prognosis, rehabilitation and nursing, and indicated the progress made in prevention and treatment in recent 10 years, especially the advantages of compre- hensive nursing of physiotherapy, drug therapy and psychological guidance, and found the important role of the traditional Chinese medicine treatment in re- lieving the patients＇ pain and improving their survival quality, so as to promote it in clinical nursing.
