消毒供应中心实行信息化追溯管理的实践探索

目的:探讨信息化追溯管理在医院消毒供应中心的应用效果。方法:分析国内外消毒器械供应链的信息化管理方式,对比实施信息化管理前后无菌不合包、遗失及护理人员工作效率等情况。结果:实施信息化管理,无菌不合格较上一年度同期明显下降,无灭菌包遗失现象,并实现了可追溯管理。结论:消毒供应中心实施信息化管理后,实现了器械清洗消毒、灭菌质量全程可追溯管理,提高了工作效率,减少了差错发生,全面提升了消毒供应中心综合管理水平,值得推广。

Objective ： To discuss the application effect of information - oriented tracking management in hospital disinfection supply center. Methods ： Analy- sis was conducted on the information - oriented management mode of domestic and foreign disinfection apparatus supply chain, and comparison was made on the sterile pack disqualification, loss and work efficiency of nursing personnel. Results ： Upon implementation of information - oriented management, the ster- ile disqualification decreased compared with the previous year, there was no loss of sterile pack, and tracking management was achieved. Conclusion：After implementation of information - oriented management, the disinfection supply center realized the apparatus cleaning and disinfection, the sterilization quality could he tracked and managed in the whole course, the work efficiency was improved, errors were reduced, and the comprehensive management of the dis- infection supply center was improved comprehensively improved, so this method was worth promoting clinically.
