Effect of color warning label in management of medicine of anesthesia department

目的:探讨手术室药物取用环节,高危药品、易混淆药品警示性标识的制作方法,探讨麻醉专用药盒内药品的摆放方法,减少药品取用差错和事故发生。方法:2015年1月~2016年1月我科梳理麻醉药品管理环节,完成易混淆药品安瓿的清点、排查,并进行差别警示性标识,结合药柜分区管理、高危药品专区管理,麻醉专用药盒内高危药品区域警示标识和"关联-配对"的药品摆放等技术改进,通过整治前后现场模拟抢救性手术麻醉过程中药品取用效率,评判颜色警示标识在手术室麻醉药品管理中的价值。结果:易混淆及高危药品标识后模拟抢救性手术麻醉用药取药时间明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手术室药物取用环节,高危药品、易混淆药品制作警示性标识,结合药柜、麻醉专用药盒管理,能够提高麻醉药品尤其是高危药品和易混淆药品的取用效率。

Objective ： To discuss the link of medicine taking and receiving in the operation, making method of warning marks of high - risk medicines and easy - to - confuse medicines and discuss the arrangement method of medicine in anesthesia dedicated medicine box, so as to reduce the error and accident in medicine taking. Methods：Our department combed the management link of anesthesia medicine from January 2015 to January 2016, completed the chec- king and examination of ampoule of easy -to -confuse medicines, and carried out differentiated warning marking, and combined with the medicine cabinet zoning management, high - risk medicine special zone management, warning marking of high - risk medicine area in anesthesia dedicated medicine box and the medicine arrangement of ＂correlation- matching＂ and other technical improvements and through the onsite simulation of medicine taking efficiency in the rescue operation anesthesia dedicated before and after rectification, our department judged the value of color warning mark in the management of opera- tion room anesthesia medicine management. Results ： After marking of easy - to - confuse and high - risk medicines, the time to simulate the time to take medicine for rescue anesthesia was shortened significantly, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The operation room medi- cine taking link, making of warning marks for the high - risk and easy - to - confuse medicines and combining with medicine cabinet and anesthesia dedica- ted medicine box management could improve the taking efficiency of anesthesia medicines, especially the high - risk and easy - to - confuse medicines.
