情景模拟配合Seminar教学法在急诊科护理带教中的应用 被引量:29

摘要 目的:探讨情景模拟教学法联合Seminar教学法在急诊科护理带教中的应用效果。方法:选取于我院急诊科实习护士100人作为研究对象,随机将其等分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用情景模拟教学法进行护理带教,观察组在对照组的基础上配合Seminar教学法进行护理带教。观察并记录两组护生的考核成绩、满意度、团队凝聚力和评判性思维能力改善情况。结果:观察组考核成绩及满意度评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组团队凝聚力在带教后均有所提高,观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05);分析能力、认知成熟度、自信心、系统化能力在带教后均有所提高,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:情景模拟教学配合Seminar教学法在急诊科护理带教中实施效果良好,可有效提高教学质量,增加团队凝聚力,增强护生的思维能力,值得推广。 Objective : To discuss the application effect of scenario simulation teaching cooperating with Seminar teaching method in nursing teaching of emer- gency department. Methods:Selected 100 nurses practicing in emergency department of our hospital as the research target, and they were equally divided in- to observation group and control group at random. Scene simulation teaching method was employed in the control group for nursing teaching, while Seminar teaching method was combined for nursing teaching for the observation group on the basis of the control group. The assessment scores, satisfaction, team co- hesion and improvement of critical thinking of nurse students in the two groups were observed and recorded. Resuhs:The assessment scores and satisfaction of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those of patients in the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the team cohesion of both groups was improved after nurse teaching, but the team cohesion of the observation group was superior to that of the control group (P 〈0.05) ; the analysis ability, cognition maturity, confidence and systematic capacity of both groups were improved after nurse teaching, but they were significantly higher in the observa- tion group than in the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion : The scene simulation teaching cooperating with Seminar teaching method in the nurse teaching of emergency department had good implementation effect, and it could effectively improve the teaching quality, increase team cohesion, enhance the nurse students' critical thinking, and was worth promoting.
