ICU保护性约束患者心理体验的质性研究

Qualitative research on psychological experience of ICU patients under protective control

目的:了解ICU患者在保护性约束期间的心理体验,为更人性化的护理身体约束患者提供参考和依据。方法:采用现象学研究方法,对11位有保护性约束经历的ICU患者进行半结构式深入访谈。结果:采用Colaizzi主题分析法,归纳出4个主题:自尊心和自主性受到威胁;焦虑与烦躁;恐惧与逃避;希望获得帮助。结论:对实施保护性约束的ICU患者,护士要准确评估保护性约束的必要性,做好宣教与沟通,尽可能促进患者身体约束期间身心舒适。

Objective：To understand the psychological experience of ICU patients under protective control, in order to provide reference and basis for more human - friendly restrained patients in body nursing. Methods ： Phenomenologieal method was taken to develop semi - structured in - depth interview with 11 ICU patients with protective control experience. Results：Concluded 4 themes with Colaizzi thematic analysis method： self- esteem and autonomy under threat ; anxiety and fidget ; fear and escape ; and hope for help. Conclusion ： As to the ICU patients to be subject to protective control, nurses should accurate- ly evaluate the necessity of protective control, do well in propaganda and education and communication, and try to guarantee the patients to feel comfortable physically and mentally during the control period.
