局麻下腹膜前间隙老年性腹股沟直疝修补术48例治疗体会

Treatment of 48 cases of senile direct inguinal hernioplasty under local anesthesia

目的探讨局麻下腹膜前间隙疝修补术在老年性腹股沟直疝治疗中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析接受局麻下腹膜前间隙疝修补术的48例老年性腹股沟直疝患者临床资料及随访结果。结果手术均成功,术后2~5 d出院。并发症:血肿1例,经超声定位穿刺抽吸痊愈。随访6~60个月,平均(38.25±28.52)个月,无1例复发。结论局麻下腹膜前间隙疝修补术治疗老年性腹股沟直疝安全、可靠、经济、复发率低。

Objective To explore the application value of senile direct inguinal hemioplasty under local anesthesia. Methods A total of 48 senile patients who underwent direct inguinal hernioplasty with local anesthesia were retrospectively analyzed. Results All the surgeries succeeded and the patients left hospital after 2 to 5 days. In particular, 1 case with hematoma was observed and cured by puncture aspiration under ultrasonic location. The follow-up lasted 6 months to 5 years, with a mean of （38.25±28.52） months, without any complication. Conclusion Senile direct inguinal hernioplasty under local anesthesia is safe, reliable, and economical, with low recurrence rate.
