Meta-analysis of risk factors for surgical site infections

目的分析手术部位感染的危险因素,为防治手术部位感染提供循证依据。方法以中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、重庆维普数据库、万方数据库收录的2000年1月1日—2015年12月31日期间国内公开发表的手术部位感染危险因素病例对照研究和队列研究为对象,以Meta分析的随机效应模型合并OR值及95%CI,综合评价手术部位感染危险因素。结果共纳入51篇文献,累计手术病例110 163例,其中手术部位感染8 853例,经随机效应模型的meta分析,合并效应有统计学意义的危险因素有性别、年龄、糖尿病、急诊、全麻、切口类型、切口长度、手术持续时间。结论通过系统评价的方法以获取不同危险因素对手术部位感染的影响,增加了研究的论证强度。

Objective To evaluate the risk factors for surgical site infections, and provide evidence for relevant prevention and treatment. Methods Published literatures in China were retrieved for case-control and cohort studies on surgical site infections from databases including S inoMed （CBM）, China National Knowledge Infrastructure （CNKI）, VIP, and Wanfang from 1 January 2000 to 31 December 2015. OR value and 95% confidence interval for random effect model were calculated to evaluate the risk factors of surgical site infections. Results A total of 51 literatures and 110 163 surgery cases were included in the study, including 8 853 cases with surgical site infections. The results of random-effect meta-analysis indicated that the risk factors for surgical site infections included gender, age, diabetes mellitus, emergency visits, general anesthesia, incision type, incision length, and duration of operation. Conclusion The impacts of different risk factors on surgical site infections are obtained through systematic review, which increases the argument strength of the study.
