摘要
针对手机液晶屏在生产过程中会出现划痕,凹陷,亮点等缺陷,提出了一种一阶和二阶相结合的边缘提取检测方法。采用CCD相机获取生产线上液晶屏图片,对含有瑕疵的产品进行图像缺陷采集,通过VS2010+Open CV对采集到的图像进行去噪,保留细节的图像滤波,提取出完整缺陷边缘的边缘检测等处理,从而进行图像缺陷的分类和整理。结果表明通过这种方法能达成缺陷检测的目的,边缘特征明显。
In view of the scratches, dents, bright spot in the production process of mobile phone LCD screen,this paper proposes a edge detection method. The pictures of LCD screen can be got with a CCD camera and the defected ones will be col- lected and processing so as to classify and reorganize them. The results show that this method can get the goal of detecting the defects.
