校企合作面临的问题及对策

市场经济体制下,校企合作应该是职业教育培养目标与企业发展目标相互融合、相互促进的合作模式,是培养高职院校双师型教师的有效途径和提高学生职业技能及素质的必要环节,更是实现企业可持续发展的有力保障。目前高职院校教师和学生到企业实践存在着企业不愿合作,缺乏合作的积极性等现状。实现学校和企业深度合作,不仅需要双方建立稳固的合作关系,更需要当地政府政策、资金等方面的支持。

Currently, some enterprises would not like to cooperate when teachers and students in vocational colleges go there to practice. To realize the deep cooperation, we need to build a strong relationship with the enterprises and obtain the support of the local government.
