某医学院校学生染发相关知识、态度、行为现状调查

Survey on knowledge,attitudes and practice related to hair color among medical college students

目的了解某医学院校学生染发相关知识、态度、行为现状。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法,抽取承德市某医学院校学生1250名进行调查,内容包括人口学特征、染发相关知识、态度、行为。结果 31.2%的学生有过染发,其中88.0%的人染发前从未做过皮肤过敏试验,主要原因是不知道要做过敏试验(66.7%)。70%以上的学生是大学开始染发,在选择染发剂时,注重效果的占46.1%。学生染发原因中追求时尚的比例最高,占57.0%。从未染发的学生中有27.9%打算染发,其中61.8%也是因为追求时尚。有39.3%的人完全不知道染发剂的种类,84.6%的人认为染发剂对身体有害。染发知识得分为(4.45±1.91)分(满分10分),本、专科学生的得分、不同年级学生的得分差异均有统计学意义。结论医学院校学生染发频率较高,染发知识水平较低,缺乏减少染发损害的行为,应加强医学生染发相关知识教育。

Objective To assess the status of knowledge, attitudes and practice related to hair color among medical students. Methods A total of 1250 medical students were selected by stratified cluster sampling method. The question- naire included social-demographic data, practice and knowledge related to hair color. Results 31.2% of the students had ever dyed their hair. 88.0% of them had never done skin scratch test before dying hair, the main reason was that they did not know they should do skin scratch test （66. 7% ）. More than 70% of the students began to dye their hair after they en- tered college. When choosing hair color dye, 46. 1% of the students paid attention to the dying effect. The main reason of making hair color was to pursue fashion, which accounted for 57.0%. 27.9% of students who had no hair color were intended to dye their hairs, 61.8% of them was to pursue fashion. 39. 3% of students even did not know the types of hair dye clearly. 84. 6% of students thought the hair dye was harmful to health. The knowledge score was （4.45± 1.91, total score was 10）. There was statistical difference for knowledge score between undergraduates and junior college students. Different grade students had different knowledge level. Conclusion Medical students had higher frequency and lower level of knowl- edge related hair color. The practice to reduce damage from dying hair was less. It is necessary to teach the knowledge of hair color among medical students.
