摘要
在已开通运营的高铁接触网维修检查过程中,发现四跨锚段关节中心柱定位器的定位钩与定位支座环口出现磨损现象。结合安装位置进行理论原因分析及实际运行工况试验模拟,确定可行的改进技术方案。采用调整拉出值的布置或优化改进定位钩开口方向的中心柱专用定位器,并在表面增加耐磨性好的微弧氧化耐磨层,进行实际工况耐磨性能模拟及型式试验验证,解决了定位钩与定位支座环口磨损问题。
In maintenance and inspection of overhead contact system for high speed railway which has been putting into operation, it is found that there is wear between hook clip and ring of drop bracket of the steady arm at pole for four-span overlap section. After theoretical analysis of causes for the installation location, test and simulation of practical operation status, a feasible renovation scheme is determined. The wear between hook clip and ring of drop bracket has been solved by arrangement of stagger value modification or adoption of a steady arm dedicated for the mid-point anchoring pole with its hook's opening direction optimized and improved, assisted with adding of abrasion-resistant layer of micro-arc oxidation for which abrasion resistant property simulation and type test for verification under the practical operation status have been performed.
