Trade Facilitation Development of Japan and Its Influence on China-Japan Trade

作为贸易大国,日本积极参与国际组织、区域组织的贸易便利化行动,加强双边及多边贸易便利化合作,推行了经认证经营者制度、海关风险管理、提前审单制度、自动化货物和港口整合系统等贸易便利化的具体措施,提高了贸易便利化水平。中国与日本互为主要贸易伙伴国,贸易便利化对中日双边贸易的影响显著,日本在发展贸易便利化方面的举措对中国有启示意义。

As a trading power,Japan participates in trade facilitation actions of international and regional organizations positively,strengthens bilateral and multilateral trade facilitation cooperation,implements some measures for trade facilitation,such as Authorized Economic Operator,Customs Risk Management,Pre-Arrival Examination and Nippon Automated Cargo and Port Consolidated System,improving the level of trade facilitation. China and Japan are major trading partners,so trade facilitation has a significant impact on the trade between China and Japan. Japan＇s efforts in trade facilitation development is worthy of reference for China.
