创伤性颈内动脉颅外段假性动脉瘤致脑梗死一例 被引量：1

摘要 创伤性颈内动脉假性动脉瘤（pseudoaneurysm，PSA）是一种少见的疾病，据国外报道，在头颈部创伤中发病率约为9％，约占全部颅内动脉瘤的1％。合并瘤体内血栓脱落引起局部脑梗死国内外报道均较少。
