摘要
一种新型的CO_2冷库制冷系统在文中被首次提出,该系统采用地源热泵技术,使CO_2制冷系统在亚临界范围内运行。首先对该系统进行了详细介绍,接着对影响理论COP的各参数分别进行了数值分析。结果表明:中间饱和温度和过热度两个参数对理论COP的数值几乎没有影响。最后通过实验对系统中的温度和压力进行了数据分析,结果表明:系统具有很好的运行稳定性。文中提出的新型CO_2制冷系统具有运行平稳、高效、安全等优点,在实际工程应用中具有良好的前景。
In this paper, a novel CO2 cold storage refrigeration system was introduced for the first time, which utilized GSHP technology to make natural refrigerant CO2 working in subcritical condition. Detailed introduction for the system was done firstly, and then the parameters to affect the COP were analyzed respectively. The results show that the middle saturate temperature and the degree of superheat have almost no effect on the COP of system, the system has good stability by analyzing the experimental data of the temperature and the pressure. In other word, the novel system has some unique advantages of the system working smoothly, safely and efficiently so that it has a good prospect in engineeringapplication.
