食管胃交界部腺癌术后紫杉醇腹腔热灌注化疗的安全性分析

本研究回顾性分析进展期食管胃交界部腺癌（adenocarcinoma of esophagogastfic junction，AEG）行经腹根治切除＋D2淋巴结清除术107例，其中61例术后超早期给予了紫杉醇腹腔热灌注化疗（hyperthermic intraperitoneal perfusion chemotherapy），以期了解紫杉醇HIPEC的安全性。
