高效液相色谱法分析金属罐内涂层中4-叔丁基苯酚迁移 被引量:3

Migration analysis of 4-tert-butylphenol in coated metal cans by high performance liquid chormatography

摘要 采用高效液相色谱-荧光检测法,对金属罐内涂层中4-叔丁基苯酚向食品模拟物(10%乙醇水溶液(V/V)、4%乙酸水溶液(V/V)、20%乙醇水溶液(V/V)、50%乙醇水溶液(V/V)、玉米油)的迁移进行分析。通过研究色谱条件和迁移试验条件,确定在水相模拟物中,方法的线性相关系数较好(R^2=0.9996~0.9999),线性范围为0.02~0.20 mg/L,检出限为0.01mg/L,加标回收率为91.3%~98.2%;在油相模拟物中,方法的线性相关系数R2=0.9815,线性范围为0.03~0.20 mg/L,检出限为0.02 mg/L,加标回收率为78.1%~85.6%。将该方法应用于4种金属易拉罐在5种不同食品模拟物中4-叔丁基苯酚的迁移量分析,结果均为阴性。该方法简便、快速、灵敏,适用于金属涂层材料中4-叔丁基苯酚的迁移分析。 A high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC) method was developed for the analysis of 4-tert-butylphenol migration in coated metal cans. 10% ethanol aqueous solution,4% acetic acid aqueous solution,20% ethanol aqueous solution,50% ethanol aqueous solution and corn oil were chosen as food simulation SOLUTIONS. By optimization of chromatographic conditions and migration conditions,in the aqueous simulation solution,the linear correlation coefficient of the method was0. 9996 - 0. 9999 in the range of 0. 02 - 0. 2 mg/L with a detection limit of 0. 01 mg/L and recoveries from 91. 3% to 98. 2%. While in oil simulation solution,the linear correlation coefficient was 0. 9815 in the range of 0. 03 - 0. 2 mg/L with a detection limit of 0. 02 mg/L and recoveries 78. 1% - 85. 6%.The method was further applied to the analysis of 4-tert-butylphenol migration in coated metal cans,which showed the results were negative. This method is fast, sensitive, accurate, precise and convenient,and it is appropriate for the determination of 4-tert-butylphenol in coated metal cans.
