摘要
通过运行保障条件、机组用能特点、驱动方式考虑因素、实际应用情况等角度,对煤化工项目配套大型空分机组的电机驱动和蒸汽驱动2种方案进行比较研究。在已有工程项目数据基础上,着重对大型空分装置2种驱动方式的外围配套条件、能效与水耗、投资和运行成本、启动便利性、机组成套等进行分析说明,为煤化工项目大型空分装置驱动方式选择提供参考和思路。
Considering of the conditions of operating guarantee, the characteristics of set powering, the modes of driving and the practical situation of application, comparative studies were carried out between two driving modes-- electrical and steam turbine, which were applied in large ASU of coal chemical projects. Based on the data of existing engineering projects, analysis and illustration was focused on the outside supporting condition, energy efficiency and water consumption, investment and operation cost, starting convenience and machine matching mode, providing with some reference and thought for selecting driving mode of large ASU in coal chemical projects.
