摘要
利用Thermo-Calc数值模拟软件对高氮奥氏体不锈钢的氮溶解度、凝固路径和组织以及析出相进行了计算。依据模拟结果并结合实验验证,开发成功了低磁导率、高力学性能和高耐腐蚀性能的0Cr18Mn21Ni5N0.65高氮奥氏体不锈钢。模拟结果和实验结果的对比表明:高氮奥氏体不锈钢开发过程中引入数值模拟,可以对合金设计和工艺设计提供科学的指导、增强实验的针对性和有效性、降低研发成本、提高研发效率。
The nitrogen solubility, solidification mode, solidification microstructure and precipitates of high nitrogen austenite stainless steel were simulated using Thermo-Calc software. On the base of simulated results, a new high nitrogen anstenite stainless steel (0Cr18Mn21Ni5N0.65 alloy), which has low magnetic permeability, high mechanical properties and high corrosion resistance, was developed. The comparison between simulated and experimental results shows that the numerical simulation can provide scientific guide, enhance the validity of experiments, reduce the cost and improve the efficiency of research during the development of high nitrogen austenitic stainless steel.
