摘要
根据实际要求,确定ECR合金化学成分,优化热处理方案,并进行实际工况介质下的模拟实验。结果表明:在脱硫系统介质环境下,经中温时效处理后的ECR合金的耐磨蚀性最佳,为可推荐脱硫系统过流部件材质。
According to the actual requirements, the chemical composition of ECR alloy was determined, the heat treatment process was optimized, and the simulation experimen was carried out under actual working conditions. The results show that the abrasion resistance ECR alloy is the best after aging treatment at medium temperature, which can be recommended for the desulfurization system parts.
